How it works

• Use the shared code Alto Matchmaking sent to both of you in advance. Entering the same code on both devices keeps your questions in the same order.
• Agree on a level together before you begin — three to choose from: lighter, deeper, then the real stuff. Pick the one you both feel ready for.
• Take turns. Read each card aloud and let the answer breathe before moving on.
• You don't have to finish a level before moving on — whenever you both feel ready, agree together and switch to a different level.
• After a few questions, a fourth level — Just between us — quietly unlocks. It's a little more charged, opens only when you both agree, and any question there can be skipped.
• Pour a glass of wine, settle in, and enjoy. There's no timer, no winner, no record kept.
